He is passionate about people development and has dedicated his life to learning the principles and practices of people development. Having authored over 25 books, he brings the vast knowledge he has acquired to every presentation and engagement he does, adding immense value to the organisations and teams which have entrusted him to deliver a keynote address. He is a versatile speaker able to deliver both in person and virtually.   

SAfm Resident Motivational Speaker

Confidence is also a resident motivational speaker at one of South Africa’s leading radio stations, SAfm. He speaks to thousands of listeners on a weekly basis, inspiring them and giving them the tools they need to live a successful and fulfilling life. He has been an active contributor in the radio industry since 2014, using his voice as an instrument of hope.

SETA Accredited Facilitator

Confidence is also a SETA accredited facilitator and through the Unleashing Leadership Potential platform, he has had the privilege of facilitating conversations with some of South Africa’s top leaders such as Chairman of Bidvest Group, Bonang Mohale, mining magnate and founder of Seriti Resources, Mike Teke, co-founder of SizweNtsalubaGobodo (now SNG-Grant Thornton) Nonkululeko Gobodo, and many other prominent leaders.
